目的 构建一套科学、客观、全面、可实施且符合我国国情的临床医学本科生麻醉可视化技术临床教学评价指标体系,指导临床医学本科生可视化技术教学方案的制定和实施。方法 于2024年5月选取16位来自不同地区三甲医院麻醉领域的专家作为函询对象,通过德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询问卷确定评价指标,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重。结果 函询专家积极系数100%,权威程度(Cr)0.98,协调系数0.467(P<0.05)。通过两轮专家咨询问卷,最终评价体系包含2个一级指标(外界因素、自身因素)、 4个二级指标(科室因素、带教老师因素、学习过程因素、学习结果因素)及22个三级指标,AHP结果表明该研究满足一致性检验。结论 构建的临床医学本科生可视化技术临床教学效果评价指标科学可行,可为麻醉科可视化教学方案的制定与实施提供一定的指导。
Abstract:Objective To construct a scientific, objective, comprehensive and practicable evaluation index system for clinical teaching of anesthesia visualization technology for clinical medical undergraduates, being in line with China's national conditions, and to guide the formulation and implementation of the teaching plan of visualization technology for clinical medical undergraduates. Methods In May 2024, 16 experts in the field of anesthesia from tertiary hospitals in different regions were selected as consultation participants, and the evaluation indicators were determined through the Delphi expert consultation questionnaire, and the weights of each indicator were determined through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Results The expert consultation achieved 100% of positive coefficient, 0.98 for the degree of authority(Cr) and 0.467 for the coefficient of coordination(P<0.05). Through two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires, the final evaluation system consists of two primary indicators(external factors and individual factors), four secondary indicators(including departmental factors, the factors of teaching instructor, factors of learning process and learning outcomes) and twenty-two tertiary indicators, and the results of AHP showed that the study satisfied the consistency test. Conclusion The evaluation indexes of clinical teaching effect of visualization technology for clinical medical undergraduates constructed in this study are scientific and feasible, which can provide certain guiding value for the formulation and implementation of visualization teaching program in anesthesiology.
