2017年在深圳市试行的医疗机构按疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)收付费已正式在全国范围内推广执行,此项改革涉及到医疗服务的各个层面,包括医疗服务、医保支付、医院收入、个人补偿比例和定价体系等,对医疗机构的运行和医疗人员的诊疗服务影响巨大。麻醉与疼痛医疗作为医疗服务的重要组成部分,也将面临此次收费改革的冲击。然而,麻醉与疼痛医疗又与患者生命密切相关,如何让麻醉科在新的收付费体系下,高质高效地完成医疗服务任务需要所有麻醉人思考。

A new payment model based on diagnosis related group(DRG), which has been on a trial basis in Shenzhen since 2017, has formally implemented nationwide. The reform involves a series of aspects in medical services, including health care, medical insurance payment, revenues of hospitals, personal compensation proportion and pricing system, which has a huge impact on the operation of medical institution and the diagnosis and treatment services of medical personnel. Anesthesia and pain services, as an important part of medical services, are bound to face the impact of this reform. However, anesthesia and pain services are closely related to the lives of patients, thus how to make the department of anesthesiology complete the medical service tasks with high quality and efficiency under the new charging model requires the consideration of all anesthesiologists.
