术后恶心呕吐(PONV)是一种影响患者术后恢复的常见并发症,近年来虽然采取了许多防治措施,发生率仍然高达21%。导致PONV的危险因素有很多,主要有患者因素、麻醉因素和手术因素,防治措施主要以药物治疗为主,辅以中医中药的针刺和穴位按压、心理护理等。本文就PONV的危险因素和防治研究进展进行综述,以期为今后进一步研究PONV的影响因素和有效防治措施提供参考。
Abstract：Postoperative nausea and vomiting is a common postoperative complication which affects postoperative recovery of patients. Although many prevention measures have been taken in recent years, the incidence rate is still up to 21%. There are many risk factors leading to postoperative nausea and vomiting, mainly including patient factors, anaesthetic factors and surgical factors. Medication treatments are mainly control measures for postoperative nausea and vomiting, supported by acupuncture, acupoint pressing, psychological nursing, etc. This paper reviews the risk factors of postoperative nausea and vomiting and the research progress in prevention and treatment, in order to provide reference for further study on the influence factors and effective prevention measures.
