麻醉学与脑科学交叉复合型创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

脑科学是一门高度交叉的新兴前沿学科,与麻醉学关系密切。为了促进脑科学与麻醉学的深度交叉融合,培养麻醉学与脑科学交叉复合型创新人才,本研究聚焦于课程体系优化、教学模式改革和育人质量提升,对麻醉学与脑科学交叉复合型创新人才培养模式进行了探索。构建了涵盖基础知识和临床实践两个模块、面向本科教育-研究生教育-任职教育三个层次、体现理论与能力-基础与应用-传统与前沿三个结合的课程体系。打破学科壁垒,数智赋能,建立了教学理念创新、教学内容常新和教学手段革新的教学模式。打造跨学科协同创新、多机制助推的师资队伍培养体系,形成麻醉学与脑科学学科交叉融合的育人新模式,以期为培养高层次复合型创新人才提供支撑。

Abstract:

Brain science is a highly interdisciplinary and emerging frontier discipline, which is closely related to anesthesiology. In order to promote the deep integration of brain science and anesthesiology and cultivate innovative talents, we explored the innovative training model of interdisciplinary talents in anesthesia and brain science through curriculum system optimization, teaching model reform and quality improvement of education. The curriculum system covers two modules of basic knowledge and clinical practice, three levels of undergraduate education, postgraduate education and professional education, and three combinations of theory and ability, foundation and application, tradition and frontier. A teaching model has been established to break disciplinary barriers, empower with digital intelligence, innovate teaching concepts, renew teaching content and innovate teaching methods. Furthermore, we established a cross-disciplinary collaborative innovation mechanism to promote the development of teaching staff. A new education model of interdisciplinary integration between anesthesia and brain science has been formed and this new model will provide support for cultivating high-level composite innovative talents.
