国家麻醉质量控制标准的重庆实践:基层调研与路径创新

摘要:

自国家卫生健康委员会强化麻醉学科质量控制以来,麻醉医疗质量成为围手术期安全的核心环节。本文以重庆市麻醉医疗质量控制实践为例,探讨其以国家标准为基准、基层调研为基础、区域协作为支撑的高质量发展路径。通过深化基层调研构建质量控制网络,以病例竞赛促进质量改进,推进标准化建设、多学科协作及技术创新,明显提升了术中体温管理率、降低了围手术期并发症发生率,带动了麻醉质量同质化提升。结果提示,未来麻醉质量控制需持续强化基层、积极推进跨专业协作、借力人工智能等新技术,推动医疗质量基层强化、同质提升,为全国麻醉质量控制贡献力量。

Abstract:

Since the National Health Commission strengthened the quality control of anesthesiology discipline,anesthesia care quality has become the core element of perioperative safety. This article takes the practice of Chongqing Municipal Anesthesia Medical Quality Control Center as an example to explore its high-quality development pathway featuring national standard benchmarking,grassroots-level investigation foundation,and regional collaboration support. Through establishing a quality control network via in-depth grassroots research,implementing case competitions to drive quality improvement,and advancing standardized protocols,multidisciplinary collaboration,and technological innovation,significant achievements have been made including improved intraoperative temperature management rates and reduced perioperative complication incidence rates,while promoting homogeneous enhancement of anesthesia quality across regions. The findings suggest that future anesthesia quality control should continuously strengthen grassroots capabilities,actively promote cross-disciplinary collaboration,and leverage new technologies like artificial intelligence,ultimately contributing to nationwide anesthesia quality improvement through standardized grassroots reinforcement and homogeneous quality elevation.
